Sugar free means no added / refined sugars, which includes molasses, raw honey and maple syrup, etc. – See the full list for details
2 Meals Plan Guidelines
That multiple meals plans are acceptable in our group if they are sugar free. This includes vegan, keto, 12 step plans, and your own unique food plan.
3 Positing of Triggers & Images That we do not accept images or posts of foods that contain added or refined sugar.
