Taking the INFACT course and participating in the 5 day intensive was monumental in my own personal recovery and launching my career.

I had been searching to practice in a field where I could really make a difference and this training has allowed me to do just that.

I have worked in the field of mental health and addictions for many years and I have rarely seen such amazing transformations among my clients.

I truly believe that food is medicine and when we treat our food addiction we get our lives back.
